Ciara Conway (born 13 August 1980) is an Irish former Labour Party politician who served as a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Waterford constituency from 2011 to 2016.[1][2][3]

She attended NUI Galway.[4] She is married to Gary Honer.[5]

A former member of Dungarvan Town Council, she was first elected to the council at the 2009 local elections.[3]

Conway seconded the nomination, on Simon Harris moving it, of Enda Kenny as Taoiseach on the first sitting of the 31st Dáil.[citation needed]

Conway lost her seat at the 2016 general election.[3]
