Chickpea noghl, or sugar-coated chickpea, is a traditional Iranian, Afghan confection. Chickpea noghl comes from the cities of Isfahan and Mashhad Iran . It is made by boiling sugar with water and rose water and then coating roasted chickpeas in the mixture.
