Zoe Jane

"Zoe Jane" is a song by American [[alternative metal]] band Staind, off of thier fourth studio album, "14 Shades of Grey". "Zoe Jane" was never released as a single, but in early and late 2004, "Zoe Jane" recieved moderate and rare airplay on radio stations, although at the time of it's airplay it was greatly outshined by 14 Shades of Grey's more popular and hit singles, such as, "So Far Away" and "Price to Play".


Song Meaning And Inspiration

"Zoe Jane", is a power ballad, that was written in honor of Staind's lead singer Aaron Lewis's fistborn daughter, whom of which was born during the the recording of 14 Shades of Grey, and whom the song is named after. The song is well known as a fan favorite for it's accoustic performance during Aaron Lewis's solo accoustic concerts.
