Hi Nathan, here are comments and suggestions about your editing -

- Your edits provide technical details regarding the role of biogenetic gene clusters and an expanded explanation of it, which is a great addition.

- Minor issue: There is a grammatical error in your edited line - "While (2) providing a option of precuring the same plasmid when supply is low". Please correct the issue.

- You could consider adding or expanding the following sections to provide a more comprehensive overview -

  1. Plasmid in Antibiotic Resistance - by explaining how plasmids contribute to the spread of antibiotic resistance genes among bacteria, a major public health issue.
  2. Plasmid Evolution - by explaining how plasmids evolve alongside their host organisms, impacting evolutionary processes.

Overall, you’ve added valuable information to make the article more informative. Good job!

~~~~ Thank you very much for the feedback! I will be taking those suggestion on improving the article! My current plan is to add the suggestions based on your feedback, expanding upon BGC, and will be examining overall content to see if more details can be included on why plasmids are helpful for introducing foreign matter.
