TV5

TV5 (formerly known as ABC) is the flagship broadcast asset of the network. Founded on June 29, 1960, it is branded as the Kapatid (Sibling) Network. TV5 broadcast on 11 originating stations and 25 relay stations.

Its programming includes news and information shows from News5, regional programming from TV5 Regional Group, sports programming produced by Sports5, anime, teleserye, Asian dramas and cartoon shows, movie blocks, comedy shows, game shows, as well as reality and variety shows.

AksyonTV

AksyonTV (Action TV) is a news and sports television network of Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation, with its programming provided by News5 and Sports5. Founded on February 21, 2011, AksyonTV's programs comprises a combination of live news reports, documentaries, sports and current affairs programming. Its existing lineup of programming draws upon TV5's own resources and its news partners. It also airs simulcasts programs of Radyo5 92.3 News FM and news and sports programs of TV5.

AksyonTV broadcast in over 14 VHF and UHF stations nationwide.

Radyo5

Radyo5 is collective name for news/talk FM radio stations of the Nation Broadcasting Corporation. The stations' all-news format is co-branded with News5, the news department of the television channel TV5. Founded on October 1, 2010, it is now operated by 18 FM radio stations nationwide.

Colours

Colours, is a magazine cable/satellite television channel operated by TV5 through TV5 Cable Channels, Inc. Launched on May 5, 2012, its programming composed primarily of lifestyle, entertainment and reality shows.

Hyper

Hyper is a sports and entertainment cable/satellite television channel operated by TV5 through TV5 Cable Channels, Inc. Launched on April 14, 2012, its programming composed of local and foreign produced sports programs and events, some of them came from now-defunct primetime block AKTV, as well as Jai-Alai and horse racing events.

Bloomberg TV Philippines

Bloomberg TV Philippines is a Philippine business news channel formed through a partnership of TV5 Network Inc., TV5 Cable Channels, Inc. and Bloomberg L.P. that includes a variety of locally produced business and complementary programs powered by News5 and foreign news from the main Bloomberg Television. It was launched on October 5, 2015.

Sari-Sari Channel

Sari-Sari Channel is the 24-hour all-Filipino general entertainment channel joint-ventured by TV5 Network Inc., through TV5 Cable Channels, Inc. and Viva Entertainment. It will air programs and movies from both the Viva portfolio and TV5 with channel's original and archive productions in partnership with TV5's talents. It will launch on January 15, 2016.

PBA Rush

PBA Rush is a cable/satellite channel which has been currently airing games of the Philippine Basketball Association. The channel is patterned after NBA TV and was launched on July 5, 2016, coinciding with the Philippines' hosting of the 2016 FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament. Aside from the live telecast of the PBA games and replays of classic PBA games (in English commentary), other programming included in PBA Rush are same day replays of PBA games, games from the PBA D-League, PBA Womens 3x3 and Batang PBA,Sports 360 and behind-the-scenes shows such as Kuwentong Gilas.

Aniplus Asia

ANIPLUS Asia is a 24-hour general entertainment channel focused on broadcasting anime within the South East Asia region. The channel was launched on 25 November 2013 and is currently available in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines. It also offers select titles to OTT platforms Iflix, HOOQ, LeEco and Tribe. It is operated by Plus Media Networks Asia, Ltd., indirectly owned by TV5 through Pilipinas Global Network, Ltd.

K-Plus

K-PLUS is the ultimate Korean entertainment channel featuring exclusive and first-run titles in drama series, variety shows, movies and lifestyle programmes in K-pop, beauty & fashion. It is operated by Plus Media Networks Asia, Ltd., indirectly owned by TV5 through Pilipinas Global Network, Ltd.

Venta5 Shopping Channel

Venta5 is a TV home shopping channel of TV5 Network in cooperation with the GS Shopping Network of South Korea. Named after the former shopping block of ABC-5/TV5 from 2004 - 2008, it encompasses as a standalone channel on Dream Satellite TV, a digital subchannel over BEAM Channel 31, a early morning and late night block of TV5 and AksyonTV and an online shopping portal

Interaksyon.com/News 5 Everywhere

News5 Everywhere (News5.com.ph) is the official online video and audio content management platform and Social TV of TV5. It also serves as online and on-demand streaming portal for Radyo5 92.3 News FM and AksyonTV as well as serving as an official portal and citizen journalism arm of News5.

TV4ME Philippines

TV4ME Philippines is a digital advertorial datacasting service operated under the joint venture of TV5 and Brand New Media, a Singapore-based online content provider. It offers original programs that ranges from food, health, travel, shopping, motoring, property, business, finance, careers, sports, hobbies, and technology.

Digital5

Digital5, an online programming division of TV5, provides an array of online-exclusive content with various genres that can be viewed on all platforms through the online portals of TV5, Sports5, and GG Network.

Balut Radio

Balut Radio is an Internet radio service of TV5 Network Inc.. Founded on April 1, 2013, It features OPM and international music channels, as well as news and sports channels powered by News5 as well as radio channel that can be customized by users.

Dream Satellite TV

Dream Satellite TV, the business name of Philippine Multimedia Systems, Inc., is the first all-digital Direct-To-Home (DTH) television broadcasting service via satellite in the Philippines. Broadcasting from the Dream Broadcast Center located at the Clark Special Economic Zone in Pampanga. It also engages in the business of: satellite wireless transmission, WIMAX transmission, landline transmission, satellite internet data transmission, satellite direct-to-home TV operation, terrestrial television operation, broadband data service, head end in the sky operation, content aggregation, production and distribution, consolidation of telecom and broadcasting management. As of 2017, Dream Satellite TV has more than 1.5 million subscribers.

PhilStar Media Group

PhilStar Media Group is the business name of PhilStar Daily, Inc., a newspaper publishing and digital media company joint ventured by TV5 Network and the Belmonte family. Philstar Daily Inc. publishes broadsheet The Philippine Star; monthly magazine People Asia; Sunday magazines Starweek, Gist and Let's Eat; business newspaper BusinessWorld; Cebu-based, English-language broadsheet The Freeman; Filipino-language tabloids Pilipino Star Ngayon and Pang-Masa; and Cebuano-language tabloid Banat.

International presence

TV5's International Presence is overseen by Pilipinas Global Limited, Ltd. (PGN), an international subsidiary of TV5 Network Inc.. Founded on April 11, 2011 at the British Virgin Islands, it has two subsidiaries of its own, PGN (Canada) Ltd., based in British Columbia, and the PGN (US) LLC., incorporated through the Delaware General Corporation Law and currently based on California. Through these subsidiaries, PGN acts as the sole and exclusive distributor and licensee of the programs, shows, films and channels of TV5 through international syndication and its owned-and-operated channels, the Kapatid TV5 and AksyonTV International.

Kapatid TV5 and AksyonTV International are available in Middle East, Europe, United States, Canada, Japan and Australia.
