The CEO will drive operational excellence, optimize the supply chain, and ensure the efficient, high-quality delivery of our products. Director of Finance

Eighth Generation is searching for a skilled Director of Finance with retail experience to oversee the financial health of our growing company. Owned by the Snoqualmie Tribe, Eighth Generation is a pioneering, Native-designed brand that reinvests in Native artists and communities. The Director of Finance will manage all financial operations, budgets, and reporting, ensuring that our business decisions support both growth and the company’s mission of cultural integrity. Director of Marketing 

Reporting to the CEO*, the Director of Marketing is responsible for planning and directing the marketing team to execute on all external marketing communications, with an eye to maintaining current audiences and key press relationships while reaching new audiences. Together with the Creative Director, the Director of Marketing plans and executes editorial photoshoots for all products, ensuring new products are photographed for launches and existing product creative is refreshed. The Director of Marketing is a key member of the product launch process, co-establishing a launch schedule and having sole responsibility for many key points in the process. The Director of Marketing is responsible for key facets of the website, working with Shopify specialists and developers as needed to maintain a positive ecommerce site and experience for all customers. *Eighth Generation is currently hiring for the CEO role; in the interim, the Director of Marketing will report to the Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Social Media Manager

Under the Director of Marketing, the Social Media Manager will work closely with Eighth Generation’s marketing team and manage Eighth Generation’s social media accounts, creating daily content and engaging digital audiences by blending trending, product, and educational posts. The Social Media Manager may also assist in other daily marketing tasks. Our goal is to share authentic Native art, excellence, and values with a global audience while empowering customers to shop Native.

Wholesale Manager

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Wholesale and Bulk Manager is a key role responsible for managing and expanding Eighth Generation’s wholesale accounts and bulk sales initiatives. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, organization, and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations and outstanding partner experiences. The Wholesale and Bulk Manager will collaborate with Eighth Generation’s operations team to maintain current partnerships, onboard new accounts, and process bulk orders, aligning with the company’s mission to promote authentic Native art.
