Premiere Watch: Melo Movie

Time slot: Friday (single drop)
Broadcaster: Netflix
Genre: Romance, drama, healing
Episode count: 10

Reasons to watch: Netflix is back with a — yes! — romance drama starring two delightful actors: Choi Woo-shik and Park Bo-young. Centered around their love of melo movie film, Choi Woo-shik is a film fanatic and Park Bo-young is an aspiring director. Their fledgling romance gets cuts off, but fate isn’t finished with them yet. They meet again years later and ngl I’m here for our screenwriter Lee Na-eun who did beautiful things with this theme in Our Beloved Summer.

TL;DR: Choi Woo-shik and Park Bo-young OTP. It’s all you need to know.

So far I've liked everything I've heard about this drama, so I'm trying to keep my expectations in check. But with these leads (and second leads who could definitely be leads) at least we know the acting will be solid! I'm here for all the longing looks in the world to be tossed around.

I will attempt to watch this for the second leads 🥰 And maybe this will be *that* time the leads win me over. We shall see.
