Eureka! Why Analysts Should Invent Requirements

Abstract

We often hear the complaint "The customer didn't tell us the project requirements." Here, the author takes the opposite view and encourages requirements analysts to create more valuable and competitive products by inventing requirements rather than expecting customers to ask for them.
