Redução de Custos nas Organizações Públicas com Método de Mineração de Processos: um Estudo de Caso no Controle de Férias
Resumo
Percebe-se uma escassez de modelos e métodos que efetivamente ajudem as organizações públicas a reduzir custos e otimizar o uso de recursos nos fluxos de trabalho de gestão de pessoas, em especial no controle de férias. Este artigo descreve um modelo de mineração de processos para a análise do processo de controle de férias de servidores nos órgãos públicos. O método vai ser apresentado através de uma visão geral, uma breve apresentação de ferramentas e a aplicação do modelo em um caso real numa organização judicial, apresentando resultados que respondem a seis questões de pesquisa.
