Avaliação de Usabilidade de Sistemas de Gerenciamento de Referências Bibliográficas
Resumo
Devido ao grande volume de dados disponíveis, os pesquisadores encontram dificuldades para armazenar e organizar os trabalhos considerados relevantes para sua pesquisa. Os sistemas de gerenciamento de referências aperfeiçoam este processo, auxiliando na criação de um novo trabalho por meio da padronização e formatação adequada das citações e referências. O objetivo deste artigo é avaliar a usabilidade dos sistemas EndNote, Mendeley e Zotero. Foram utilizados métodos de avaliação sem e com a participação do usuário. Observou-se que os usuários do EndNote apresentaram a maior taxa de conclusão das tarefas solicitadas enquanto os usuários do Mendeley obtiveram a maior taxa de satisfação.
