Abstract

We demonstrate an optical tapped-delay-line that is reconfigurable with complex tap-coefficients and independently and simultaneously performs data pattern recognition, equalization, and QAM format conversion on eight B/QPSK WDM signals at both 20 and 26 Gbaud, demonstrating >400 Gbit/s processing speed.
