TABSOL: A decision table language for the GE 225

Published: 01 January 1961 Publication History

Abstract

Automatic coding languages are relieving the programmer of many details. The structure of these new languages is much like English. The programmer needs only to “describe” his problem to a computer, using a combination of English words and phrases. This description is given to a special computer program commonly called a compiler which translates the English problem description to a computer program.
