NATOrderMonitoring: On-site Order Monitoring System of Nucleic Acid Testing with Raspberry PI
Pages 125 - 130
Abstract
The repetitive tasks are involved in on-site nucleic acid testing in the period of COVID-19, such as reminding individuals to wear masks and keeping social distancing when waiting in line. These issues are also evident in other public health emergencies such as vaccination and medical examination. Unfortunately, there are limited functionalities of current robots to monitor on-site order when waiting in line. These robots typically function as stand-alone devices. They lack the connectivity and integration with other platforms and devices. In this paper, we have proposed an On-site Order Monitoring System with Raspberry Pi (abbreviated as NATOrderMonitoring), using the techniques of machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing. This system includes some functions, such as mask recognition, distance detection, and QR code recognition. The promotion of this system can provide better technical solutions for public health events.
