Chaotic Information Analysis of Xanthoceras Sorbifolia Gene Sequences

Published: 07 November 2023 Publication History

Abstract

Xanthoceras sorbifolia is an important economic forest with high application value. At present, there are few bioinformatics analysis of Xanthoceras sorbifolia, and the whole gene sequence of XSv2.1f is not involved. Therefore, it is of great significance to identify and classify the gene. In order to study the function and biological process of XSv2.1 f, the molecular function, cellular component and biological process of the sequence are classified by GO enrichment analysis. To explore the activity of biological processes, the CDS sequences corresponding to proteins are selected by using chaotic theory. In the DNA sequence, the dynamical behavior is complex, and the traditional mathematical statistics can't describe it objectively, so it is necessary to emphasize the complexity theory such as chaos and fractal of the system, which also provides a new method and train of thought for the research of this kind of method. In this paper, CDS sequences satisfying the research conditions are selected and their A, G, C and T sequences are transformed into time series by EIIP mapping, then we achieve phase space reconstruction. Furthermore, the largest Lyapunov exponent is used to quantify whether there is chaos in biological processes. The results show that the largest Lyapunov exponent of most biological processes are positive, which confirms the chaotic behavior of gene time series, and further explains the biological processes according to the main functions and cellular components of the sequences, which provides help for the application of Xanthoceras sorbifolia in medicine and other aspects, and also provides a new method for the genetic research of Xanthoceras sorbifolia.
