Voltage Unbalance Factor Detection Based on RV Self-Convolution Window and Improved Partition Method

Abstract

The traditional calculation of voltage unbalance factor requires the accurate calculation of phase sequence components on the basis of the fundamental wave amplitude and phase. However, the phase sequence component calculation method proposed by IEC involves square root calculation and phase angle calculation. Therefore, based on the existing fast Fourier transform of windowing to obtain the fundamental wave, this paper constructs five terms of the first-order Rife-Vincent self-convolution window function, a novel interpolation correction algorithm based on RV self-convolution window three-spectral line is derived. It improves the calculation precision, since the coordinate partition method avoids square mean root operation when calculating the phase sequence components, it realizes rapid measurement. Therefore, in this paper, Rife-Vincent self-convolution window in combination with the improved coordinate partitioning method is used to calculate the unbalance factor. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively detect the unbalance factor in the condition of fundamental wave, harmonic and noise interference. Compared with the traditional detection method, the implementation is simple and has higher accuracy.
