Research on a Control Method and System of Circuit Breaker Life Test

Abstract

The circuit breaker belongs to the protection type mechanical switchgear, and its life test is an important performance index of the circuit breaker. It is of great practical significance to study its control method and system. This paper presents a control method and system for circuit breaker life test. By adjusting the current on time, current off time and the switching time between different test stations, and adjusting the parameters to automatically complete the cycle operation times required by the standard, the purpose of automatic counting can be achieved, and the test can be carried out without supervision; At the same time, the adjustability of the pneumatic driving speed of grasping the sample is realized, and the phenomenon of large impact force on the operating handle of the circuit breaker when the speed is too high is avoided, and the problem that the sample is easily damaged in the test is solved.
