Published: 05 May 2023 Publication History

Abstract

Digital reading is fast and convenient, but the reading process is not focused, lack of thinking, floating on the surface of the phenomenon is wide spread. In this paper, junior students are selected to mark the digital textbooks they use according to the types of teaching knowledge points, and the marking traces in the process of reading the textbooks are collected. Through cluster analysis, students are divided into different types of learning habits, and the influence of cue marking on students' cognitive process and cognitive results is explored by comparing the differences of students' test scores in this process. The analysis results show that cue marking plays a significant role in promoting the depth of digital reading of college students, indicating that cue marking in digital textbooks is helpful to develop students' deep reading habits and improve the reading effect.
