A Study on the Construction of Human Resources Audit Management Platform Based on Big Data

Abstract

In the era of big data, the cause, methods and procedures of human resources audit have undergone deep changes. It is necessary for the audit subject to use the key technologies of big data to improve the evaluation of human resources work, and to promote the management of efficient planning and controlling the use of human resources by relying on the big data audit management platform. On the basis of sorting out the literature, this thesis is based on the application framework and the collection of storage, cleaning, filtering, compressed loading, knowledge discovery and visual presentation of the dimension of interpretation of the human resources auditing management platform. This article analyzes the module operation of the human resource audit management platform through strategic adaptation, management professionalism, talent satisfaction and business maturity. Finally, this article proposes the optimization strategy of audit management based on the perspective of ideological concepts, ecosystems and privacy security. The purpose of this article is to accelerate the platform construction and intelligent development of human resources audit.
