An Intelligent Evaluation System of Air Traffic Control Training Simulator under Special Situation

Abstract

In the case of limited airspace resources, the continuous increase of air traffic flow will increase the probability of special events. The uncertainty of various special situations has brought great challenges to the safety work of air traffic control. This paper firstly describes 8 special situations according to the emergency management manual of the regional control center published by Air traffic control bureau CAAC,Then it introduces establishment process, and classification of the evaluation indicator set under the special situation. Furthermore, three different quantitative methods are used for different indicators. The analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight and checks the consistency of the established indicators. Finally,an intelligent and introduces software system is built to verify the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation index. This system provides a reference basis for the scoring of the simulation training of air traffic control under special situations.
