Prediction of Remaining Time of Tram Charging Based on Bi-GRU

Published: 18 July 2022 Publication History

Abstract

In the previous prediction of the remaining charging time of automobile battery, it is not only limited by the difficulty of feature acquisition, but also has the problem of unidirectional prediction. To solve the above problems, a prediction method of tram charging remaining time based on BRNN is proposed is Bi-GRU. Through the analysis of battery charging process data, based on the previous input characteristics, part from the charging curve is added as the feature input to train the model. The battery data in line with GB / T 32960 collected from the electric vehicles management system of a company is used as the data set. Compare with the conventional LSTM and SVR models, Bi-GRU prediction results perform better in accuracy and stability.
