Proposal of Host Computer Camera Controlling Method for Remote Meeting System User Utilizing Gesture Recognition

Abstract

In this research, we propose a system that allows participants to freely change their viewpoints and move using a remote camera control system that can share screens. We use the gesture picture of a participant through any web meeting system such as the zoom system to control the shared camera by any provider using shared screen. As an example, we construct the system using the general zoom system and two programs that are gesture recognition by capturing the participant window picture and camera control according the command of gesture to share the camera movies using zoom sharing screen. There is nothing special to purchase on the participant side, and no need to create an account for the cloud server, just install the above two programs on the PC of camera provider. The weak points of the conventional remote operation can be overcome by using our proposed system.
