Electronic Medical Record Database with Accessible Online Summary and Statistics

Abstract

For this paper, it proposes an electronic medical database for easy patient and nurse interaction. It is digitalized to limit physical contact and a user-friendly interaction to give convenience and comfort for nurses and medical staff during their duty and lastly it displays statistical summary and graphical presentation for research purposes.
