Evaluation method of green building operation performance based on improved L-Q evaluation model

Published: 18 August 2021 Publication History

Abstract

To evaluate whether green buildings are truly green, operational performance is a very important indicator. Whether the green building can run for a long time depends not only on whether the technology and measures are in place, but also on the actual operation performance of the building. And timely adjust the running condition of the building to achieve the optimal operating performance of the building. The object of building services is people. The satisfaction of building users with the quality of building operation is particularly important. Building energy consumption is necessary to maintain building operation. The two are in a mutual influence and symbiotic relationship. How to achieve a balance between the two is very important. In this paper, energy consumption (L) and operating quality (Q), which are most concerned about the operating performance of green buildings, are used to establish the research and establishment of green building operating performance evaluation methods based on the improved L-Q evaluation model. Through this evaluation model, we can not only analyze and evaluate the operation performance of green buildings based on the actual operation data, but also make the evaluation of building operation performance more scientific and reasonable, and its guidance is more reliable. Based on the actual effect and benefit of green building, the main responsibility of all parties involved in the project can be more clearly defined, and the feedback exchange between supply side and demand side can be further strengthened.
