Design and Implementation of Remote Service Diagnosis System for Printing Machine

Abstract

The establishment of remote fault diagnosis and service system based on network technology, multimedia technology and modern communication technology is an inevitable requirement for the rapid development of printing enterprises. Through the analysis of the actual needs of enterprises and customers, with typical printing equipment as the research object, design the system structure and function structure, communication protocol of the system is given, the research on the key technology of the system. Layered architecture technology program makes the system function more easily for the domain requirements, easy to maintain and upgrade; The communication scheme based on Mina and the processing method of preventing packet loss, solve the problem of the network transmission performance. The scheme has received good effect in the application of BeiRen Printing Machinery Limited by Share Ltd.
