Abstract

Fuzzy Logic and News Fuzzy Applications Explained presents three major topics: (1) an intuitive introduction to the theory of fuzzy sets, fuzzy logic and fuzzy control; (2) a plethora of engineering applications of fuzzy logic and fuzzy logic-based control, and (3) an introduction to fuzzyTECHTM, a software system for development of fuzzy logic-based controllers from INFORM Corporation, Aachen, Germany. A demonstration version of FuzzyTECH with an example is included on 2 diskettes (PC version only).
