Some Issues on Evaluation of the Theme Hotel with the Travelers' Experience Factors

Abstract

Theme hotel is a kind of hotel which operates around a certain theme including history, city and story etc from hardware to software in order to create valuable and memorable experience for customer. The special theme of the theme hotel further stimulates the consumer's demand for experiential consumption. People come to theme hotel not just to meet basic physical needs, but also want to get spiritual satisfaction, and hope that the consumption could give him a new process of experience. Only through the empirical analysis of the impact of tourist experience on tourist motivation we can provide the hotel with the main theme elements that the customer want to experience, further promote theme hotel to strengthen its theme, which can increase the value of tourists' experience in turn. Based on this thought and according to the customers' evaluation of actual experience and the degree of motivation to be achieved, the paper studied and verified the degree of influence of tourist experience on their tourism motivation.
