Sea slug inspired critter! It's eyes are on the sides of the head, and the two dots at the center are it's nostrils, the mouth being at the bottom like a hammerhead shark. :D

The Limax magnodentis is a carnivorous slug that can reach the size of a medium-sized dog. This creature, with a flexible armored mantle, secretes an anesthetic slime that acts locally, making the prey unaware of the attack. Extremely silent, L. magnodentis hunts primarily at night, taking advantage of the prey's sleep. It attaches to the flesh with powerful jaws, tearing off large portions while the slime continues to anesthetize the affected area.
