Domestic Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on orders over $99usd for domestic orders
(may change from time to time and excludes taxes, duties and international processing)
We use USPS, UPS, DHL as our primary shipping partners. DirtBag customers can pick a shipping provider at the time of checkout. Shipping rates are displayed at time of purchase.
Free shipping primary shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority based on products and order total.
Our goal is to ship orders in 24-48 hours from purchase time.
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours – we do our best to ship out within 24 hours in a normal business week. Holidays may alter timelines. We will email If a shipping delay comes up. We want Happy DirtBag’s and will do our best to keep you in the loop at all times.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates:
This happen at check-out allowing you to pick a shipping method that is best for you.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:
We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO and shipping is done by USPS only.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking:
Once your order is complete you will receive a conformation email. Once your order has been processed, packed and label created you will receive a Shipping Conformation with tracking #
Customs, duties, and taxes:
DirtBag Clothing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
If your package comes damaged, please let us know immediately. We would request pictures are emailed to us prior to opening the package. Once pictures are taken of the damaged packaging you can open and see if the actual merchandise is damaged itself. International Shipping Policy:
We can and do ship world wide. Shipping times are based on our best estimate, however, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.
