MAGAZINE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

DK Firearms complies with all Federal, State, and Local laws regarding magazine capacity. However we may not be aware of every state and or local ordinance. The information below are the current laws that we are aware of. Due to the changing nature of numerous state and local regulations, it is the buyers responsibility to know their state and local laws.

Ultimately it is the buyer’s responsibility to know their local and state laws regarding magazine capacity. Orders placed for magazines that are illegal in your locality are subject to cancellation and a restocking fee of 15% (to cover the cost of the transaction and credit card processing fees). Please do not knowingly order magazines that are illegal in your state/ locality.

This is a list of Magazine capacity restrictions by state or locality that we are currently aware of:

CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS: As of the 9th circuit court’s decision on  08/14/20, the CA DOJ has expressed their desire to continue to prosecute people that violate the 10rd magazine ban. We can not ship magazines over 10 rounds to CA until this issue is resolved.
