Gluten-free_I have tried to collect recipies that are Gluten-free and Nightshade-free
Nightshade Free_Cornstarch can be a substitute for potato flour. While it keeps bread moist, that’s all it does. Cornstarch lacks the subtle flavor and colour made with cornstarch. Substitute cornstarch 1:1 by volume, in yeast recipes.
For Potato starch use tapioca starch, potato starch is more dense-replace 25 percent of the tapioca starch for potato starch and then increase another flour in your flour blend
