Shapes & textures ✷ I’m in the process of changing clay and glaze, which every potter will know can be an absolute nightmare sometimes! It’s all about making sure they’re a good match and work in harmony :-) So to test it out I had more of a play with shapes and texture on this mug. I’m really into using underglaze pencils at the moment as I love the graphite texture; memories of of colouring outside the lines as a little one. We all hate them horrible chalkboard scrape and squeal sounds that we associate with UG Pencils but would you believe… if you follow my advice, you won’t get that with @chrysanthoscolor UG Pencils! ITS TRUE!! I even left the sound on in this video to prove it! Another cool thing about Chrysanthos UG Pencils is that they are one of the FEW on the market that are Lead Free - I know you expect ALL UG Pencils to be lead free since we use them on KITCHENWARE… yeah, not so. BUT @Chrysanthos ones are!! Tony takes good care of us ❤️ If anyone has any other tips and tricks they love for using Underglaze Pencils, leave your advice in the comments section below so we can all learn from your GENIUS BRAIN!
