1. Reverse Lunge Slides 👉🏼 10 each.
2. Side Lunge Slides w/ Toe Drag 👉🏼 6 each (5 sec drag).
3. Hamstring Slides 👉🏼 8 reps (5 sec out).
4. Low Plank Slides 👉🏼 8-10 reps.
5. Push Up Slides 👉🏼 6-8 each.

Complete each exercise on after another, rest for 60 seconds, then repeat for 1-2 more rounds!

We are all busy, mom’s especially, so when we workout, we try to get the most out of our workouts in the smallest amount of time and sometimes that can feel like our workouts don’t always hit the spot!   I love to incorporate key strengthening elements in dynamic movement that lead to things inverted, calisthenics or just fun training.   Here are some exercises that require some strength to do and can be scaled for progressive overload (which leads to hypertrophy) too!  The key is to perform each piece of these moves with control (the way you would lifting traditionally).   👉🏼You will need: Swiss ball/sliders/dumbbell  Try it in a giant set or circuit for 3-4 rounds at 45 seconds each!
