Let's make the super soft and delicious mochi bites with no microwave and no steamer!
It was so good and too EASY to make in less than 15 minutes! Do try and Enjoy Bestie!💗✨
 
Ingredients:💌
♡Sugar- 30g
♡Corn starch- 10g
♡Pumpkin Milk- 85g (Blend of pumpkin and milk; Then filtered and measured. You can also add a bit of orange food colour)
♡Glutinous Rice Flour- 45g
♡Pumpkin spice/ Cinnamon- 1/4 Teaspoon
♡Butter- 10g
 
1. In a pan, Add Glutinous rice flour, Sugar, Corn starch, Pumpkin spice/ Cinnamon and pumpkin Milk; Mix until combined.
2. Mix and cook on low heat until soft dough is formed.
3. Add butter; Use hand gloves and Knead until butter is combined and mochi becomes stretchy.
7. Divide into bite size pieces and coat with corn Mochi Recipe Without Rice Flour, Pumpkin Mochi Recipe, Pumpkin Mochi, Pumpkin Milk, Orange Food, Mochi Recipe, Orange Food Coloring, Glutinous Rice Flour, Hand Gloves
