Fun Cardio almost seems like an oxymoron, but believe it! 23 minutes
on the treadmill that you'll look forward to. If you're like me, and aren't the biggest fan of cardio,this is a great way to incorporate low impact, steady State cardio into your routine. Give it a try - max incline of 15 -speed between 1.4- 2.5. -45 seconds each exercise (and each side where applicable) - 15 seconds Walk between each exercise and 1 minute Walk between each round - 3 rounds (or more)
