This dish is made with rice noodles, @sunisalee Thai Fried Noodle Sauce, chicken, Chinese broccoli, Thai basil and chili pepper. The combination of savory, sweet, and spicy flavors makes drunken noodles one of my favorite Thai noodles dishes.

Despite its name, there is no alcohol in the dish. Legend has it that it was either created as a late-night meal after drinking, or for those who are hungover. Since I’m a lightweight, I am pairing this dish with Sunlee coconut water instead of beer. And whatever the origin, drunken noodles are a must-try!

Ingredients:
1 pack (14 oz) rice noodles
1/2 lb chicken thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 bottle of Sunlee Thai Fried Noodle Sauce
6 clove garlic, minced
