They cook (from frozen) in just four minutes and have endless serving possibilities. I’ve turned them out many times as an alternative to canapés with drinks and as a starter and everyone loves them! They’re great served as a sharing platter too… and easy to eat with chopsticks, which always adds a bit of a sense of occasion.
