So many of us women experience different life events, PMS, postpartum, menopause, autoimmune diseases, that makes us bloat. I struggle with IBS and Celiac disease and I’m frequently bloated. Previously thought the only thing I can do is 1. Be uncomfortable in my clothing or 2. Wear sweatpants… but there IS a third option. There are so many different styles you can wear when you are bloated that make your body feel comfortable and you feeling confident and looking good. Depending where I am in my cycle, depending on bloating, depending on water retention, stress, lifestyle, time of the day, what I ate, the temperature, travel - my clothes can fit and feel completely different. Im forever in-between sizes. Sometimes I am a 10, sometimes a 12, sometimes a Small, sometimes a Large (it’s all made up). 

THIS IS TOTALLY NORMAL - and this is your reminder of that 🤍

It is SO IMPORTANT to remember - clothes are meant to fit you. Not the other way around. I know I know, when you have cramps & bloating the last thing you want to do is move around but these are SO relieving it’s worth it even if you can just muster up the strength to do one! 

Do them for however long you’d like however many times a day & I hope you enjoy :)
