Today I was to talk a little about self-compassion. Lately I haven’t been very compassionate towards myself and some #corewounds have been coming up #shadowwork #selfcompassion is a topic that our society tells us is virtually nonexistent but the truth is, having a little self-compassion is necessary to survive and thrive in this thing called life!!!
