Ballon Cake - This is two 6" yellow cake with buttercream filling and frosting. Balloons are fondant and strings are buttercream.

20cm round extra deep cake with rainbow colour balloons and large number topper in either pink or blue. The name is on the side of the cake on multi-coloured balloons and happy birthday is on the board in either pink or blue. The cake is on a 30cm board and will serve give 30 to 40 portions.
