Okra and ground beef recipe

Ground beef and okra stew with turmeric, cinnamon, tomatoes, served with cauliflower rice. Healthier version of Persian khoresht bahmieh.

The combination of sausage and okra combine to make an amazing stew.

Given to me by a friend, altered slightly by adding cajun seasoning & Ro-tel tomatoes. Serve over rice.
