Bessie's birthday cake

This is my friend Harry's son, probably 1949 to 1951. His birthday was October 31st. He was a really good kid, good soldier, good father, and he passed away about 4 years ago from a brain tumor at about 63 years old. I only met Tuffy a few times before he died, his dad was a good friend of mine since I was a little boy, Harry passed away the year before Tuffy did, and his wife Betty is still alive and well at 80something.
