Using the candidate database
Click on “Candidates” in COTHM Recruitment Portal and you’ll see a complete listing of every candidate who has applied to your jobs.
You can filter, search, sort, and export candidates to CSV. We can employer specific custom form to ask custom questions, your candidates’ answers will be included in the table as you scroll to the right.
Filtering is done via the dropdowns above the table. To filter by other attributes, including location and workflow status, click on the filter icon:
Reviewing candidate applications via email
Every job has at least one hiring manager. This can be any email address, even someone outside of your organization.
Whenever a candidate submits an application, a detailed email will be sent to the hiring manager for that job. It will include everything you need to review the candidate including any custom questions you placed on the application as well as their attached resume, automatically converted to PDF for easy review.
