Wash and cut your liver in a cute sharp and set aside

Wash and cut your onion, red pepper and put in a pot together with the washed liver and add some oil to it.

Stir and allow for 10min. you then add your spices and maggi and keep stirring.

Your liver is done. The next step is to arrange the the liver pieces in sticks (tooth pick) to make the kebab.

How to arrange. you first insert the piece of liver in a stick followed by onion and red pepper. Repeat this sequence to fill the stick.
