  10. As needed Oil for deep frying

    First cut roti in 4 piece.

    Mix all filling ingredientes.

    Mix all purpose flour and water for slurry.

    Now take 1 roti piece make cone shape stick with slurry

    Like this Make all cone.

    Fill with potato filling

    Deep fry on low flame till golden.

  8. 8

    Serve Roti samosa with tomato ketchup
