Ingredients

  1. 1 cup atta
  2. 1/2 cup ghee
  3. 2 cup water
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 1 tbsp besan
  6. as needed Dry fruit

Cooking Instructions

    Take the kadhi add ghee melt it then add besan cook it few minute on medium flame.

    Then add atta roasted it. Stirring it continuously till the colour get change.

    Take the another pan add sugar and water boil it on low flame.till the sugar get dissolve.

  4. 4

    When colour get change add sugar water over and stirring continuously so that lumps get removed.

  5. 5

    Halwa when get semi thick.switch off the gas.

  6. 6

    Garinsh with almond and cashews nuts.

  7. 7

    Serve it.
