  2. Salt..as taste
  3. half tsp Haldi..
  4. half tsp Red chilli..
  5. 2 pinch ajwain..
  6. 2tsp Oil..
  7. 1tsp Garlic paste..
  8. 1tsp Ginger paste..
  9. 2 Onion chopped
  10. 1cup Tomato puree..
  11. salt..as taste
  12. half tsp Haldi..
  13. half tsp red chilli..
  14. half tsp garam masala..
  15. 250g Paneer..
  16. 3tsp oil..

Cooking Instructions

    Besan main salt,ajwain,haldi,red chilli and oil dal ke rub ke le.

    Pani dal ke tight dough ready ke le.

  3. 3

    Paneer ke long 2 pcs ke le.Besan dough ke ball bana ke rolling pin se flat ke le.

    Paneer ka pc rakh ke fold ke le.

    Aise hi sab bana le.

    Water boil karein.

  7. 7

    Pcs ko boil ke le.

  8. 8

    Boil pcs ko cut kar le.

  9. 9

    Besan wala boiled waterrakh le gravy ke liye.

  10. 10

    Wok mein oil heat kar garlic,ginger and onion ko bhune all masala Tomato puree dal ke masala ready ke le.

    Besan ke pcs add ke bhune.

    Water add ke boil ke le.

  13. 13

    Gatte r ready.
