Svenska: Sedan 1800-talets slut har Gustav Adolfsbakelser bakats i Sverige till minne av en av Sveriges riktigt stora kungar. Bakelsen har aldrig haft ett enhetligt recept, den har njutits i sina olika former genom ett drygt sekel. Denna läckra skapelse är resultatet av en tävling som anordnats av Livrustkammarens vänförening, Gastronomiska Akademiens vänförening samt radioprogrammet Meny för 2003. Den har inte blivit populär. English: Since the end of the 19th century pastries have been eaten to commemorate the death of 17th century king Gustav II Adolf. There has never been a standardized recipe. The pictured pastry is the result of a competition initiated by supporters to the Royal Armoury, Gastronomiska akademin and the radio show Meny. It has not become popular. |
