English: Black Friars Monastery The ruins of Dominican Black Friars Monastery. The Monastery was founded in 1376 and consecrated by Edward III and his son the Black Prince, and was dissolved by Henry VIII in sixteenth century. The ruins were restored in 1962/3. |
