English: This place is buzzing, super busy with everyone rushing to sell, pack and cart away the fresh produce. It is crazy busy sometimes and you have to watch where you step. Despite feeling like I was intruding, everyone either ignores you or is super firendly. Don't wear you good shoes. Last time I went five years ago, it was summer and the place stank, much better this time in their winter.
Alligator Meat from farmed animals I assume, they all seem to be the same size. I came across someone skinning an Alligator but they did not want to be photographed.
