@廣九直通車: No worries. It might be a common misconception that traditional Chinese music are historical works, but actually many were composed not more than 100 years ago and their composers died in late 20th century. The ones to be deleted are listed above. Here come the ones I tend to support  Keep:

• 二泉映月.ogg: w:Abing died in 1950. Its copyright has expired in China, but might be subject to URAA restoration.
• zh:江河水 is a tricky one. I dont know if zh:黃海懷's rearrangement was artistic enough to claim copyright. And even if it does, its current copyright status is similar to 二泉映月.
• 连环扣.ogg: zh:嚴老烈 died in 1930.
